Moxie in collaboration with the ALL IN Ice Fest is offering tiered equity pricing for all Ouray Ice Fest clinics. We will publish four different prices and then ask you to “pay what you should”. That may mean paying more for your time with Moxie/ALL IN so that someone who otherwise couldn’t afford it can be there too. Moxie has made two spaces available at each payment tier for each clinic. Please choose an option that best represents your financial capacity.

Wed, Jan. 22: Ice Climbing Essentials w/ Moxie- Full Day @ OIP

Thurs, Jan. 23: Community Climbing w/ Moxie- Full Day @ OIP

Fri, Jan. 24: Ice Climbing Essentials with ALL IN- Full Day @ OIP

Sat, Jan. 25: Community Climbing with ALL IN and Sam Stuckey from Blue Ice- Full Day @ OIP

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED

Ice Park sponsors will be demoing gear for the Ouray Ice Fest. If you want to demo gear or do not own or have access to items for Ice Fest clinics you will need to purchase a gear card. Reach out to Moxie if this will induce financial hardship.

• Required Participant Equipment: All participants will be required to have the following gear to participate in a clinic:

• Ice Tools (1 or 2 depending on whether you have use of both your hands or arms)

• Crampon(s)

• Ice Climbing Boot(s)

• UIAA Certified Climbing Helmet

• UIAA Certified Climbing Harness

• Please review Moxie’s clothing and equipment list for further info about necessary gear.

NICE TO HAVE

Moxie encourages all participants to purchase a membership for the Ouray Ice Park.

RISK RELEASE

All participants will be required to sign Moxie’s Risk Release Form. This must be done prior to the start of the Ouray Ice Festival or your space in the clinics will not be finalized.
